Project vb.net 4 installed with mvvmlight version 4.3.31. Execution is OK. No problem. However, fxcop 10 message is

If I upgrade to the latest version available 4.4, then it is not compiling at all saying that the dll does not have strong name.
Comments: You can download the file Microsoft.Practices.ServiceLocation.dll, add reference to it, set it as Copy To Output. This will resolve the errors at build time when the build machine may not have this dll readily available in its GAC. Download: https://servicelocation.codeplex.com/
